Ulrich Wagner, callsign Vulkan, is a former Belkan Air Force bomber pilot.

Biography

On December 25, 1995, Wagner flew as an escort for the XB-0 Hresvelgr over Waldreich Mountains alongside Amy Pitt, but was shot down by the Galm Team.

Following the engagement, he was captured by Allied Forces and later returned to Belka after being released, where he worked for one of the nation's largest transportation companies.
