Unshō Ishizuka was a Japanese voice actor, actor, narrator, and theater director. He was best known for providing the Japanese voices for the narrator and Professor Oak in early episodes of the Pokémon anime.
Ishizuka was the Japanese voice actor for Jack Bartlett in Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War.
