Russia
Russia, officially known as the Russian Federation, is a major country in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon and one of the important countries in Ace Combat Infinity. It is the largest country on Earth in both games, located on the Eurasian continent.
History
Russia has had a complicated history with the United States of America, but by the events of both games that Russia appears in, the two have settled their differences and typically work together to meet a common enemy.
Assault Horizon universe
In Assault Horizon, the Russian Federation suffers a coup by cartels and disenfranchised military officers banded together under the banner of the "New Russian Federation". Forces that remained loyal to the Russian Government went on to join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization-backed armies in defeating the coup.
