Commander Robert Tyler is a leading army official in the Federation of Central Usea (FCU) military.
In 1995, Tyler, a lieutenant general, was the commander of the FCU Army's Southern District when the Skully Islands insurrection occurred.[1] With the assistance of Scarface Squadron,[3] Tyler defeated the rebellion and seized the rebels' headquarters.[2]
A year later, Tyler was appointed to the position of Chief of Staff of the FCU's armed forces after the former Chief of Staff, Riass, suddenly died a month prior.[2]
