Lieutenant Colonel Mitchell was an Osean military adviser during the Circum-Pacific War.

Before Wardog Squadron deployed to attack the Hrimfaxi, Mitchell took over the briefing from Colonel Orson Perrault. He also gave radio transmissions during the battle itself, alerting Wardog to the status of the ground troops.
