Mr. Leblanc is a businessman working for the IIAO in Ace Combat: Joint Assault.
History
During the Valahia Crisis, Mr. Leblanc had been kidnapped and held prisoner by the Valahia forces stationed in the Middle East.
He was then rescued by a special forces team of the IUPF, call sign "Fat Duck", but the helicopter was hit by enemy fire and they crash landed in the industrial area on the outskirts of the city.
As a result, the IUPF Command decided to launch a rescue helicopter, call sign "Paper-wasp", to extract the VIP and the field team while Antares Squadron from Martinez Security M42 Squadron provided an aerial escort for the duration of the rescue operation and Paper-wasp successfully extracted both the VIP and the special forces team. Panicking at the situation, his agitation at the helicopter's slow speed caused an IUPF soldier to knock him out.[1]
